Finished the 1st session of ProSports bootcamp.
It was a good session, and it got me back to running weekly.
No records were broken this time as I am still in the 8+ minutes a mile speed range. Fun stuff none-the-less.
It&#8217;s wedding season -
Attended Andy and Maggie&#8217;s wedding earlier in May.
