What has happened since?
Finished the 1st session of ProSports bootcamp.
It was a good session, and it got me back to running weekly.
No records were broken this time as I am still in the 8+ minutes a mile speed range. Fun stuff none-the-less.

I had a bunch of exams last week. I spent the weekend studying (a week ago). This weekend was Nelly’s turn. She had 15 chapters to go through! 15? That’s crazy. So Nelly spent the whole weekend in a little room at home studying.
