Bootcamp! (Second week)

Today was brutal.
To summarize the morning training; 4 words – I HATE HILL REPEATS!
We continue running, and doing strength exercises in the sessions. I am doing pretty well maintaining a steady pace. It reminds me of school cross country running at ISL in Lusaka many years ago.
I ended up in the ‘Bravos’ group – I do more reps than the ‘Charlies’ but less insane than the ‘Alphas’.
Who are the ‘Alphas’? These are people who have been running for years, or have taken the bootcamp class multiple times, and includes people who have maintained form over time.
Hill repeats – run all the way to the top of the hill (140th and 40th near my house); run back down; repeat; oh yeah, save some energy for running back to the pro-club up another hill.
