Which is your favorite mapping software?
On the day trip to Windsor Castle, everyone found out the Buka loves Goggle Maps. It was funny that the directions from Goggle made us go in circles (literally). We drove past the ‘Pink Castle’, and the same running dog at least twice (if not more times)….until we had to stop to ask for directions and then finally made it to the castle. From this day, Buka was constantly refered to as ‘Mr. Google Maps’
We jumped on a ‘Convertable Double Decker Bus’ for a tour of the city. It was amazing and really beautiful. We learnt a little bit more about the Royal family and the history of the city - education & farming.
After the land bus tour, we switched to water as we jumped on the overated boat cruise on part of the river Thames. The boat was not too exciting – maybe everyone was hungry.
Next stop- Fish and Chips store
This was hilarious – the clerk taking our orders was sooooo sooooo slow. A simple order confused him until I had to order a plate, get back the change, use the change to order the next thing. It seemed he did not understand how to take multiple orders. We had fun as we saw him get confused multiple times.
“Nelly…Do you see that castle?”
The moment we had been waiting for – Windsor Castle. We got into the castle yard at took pictures in there. It sucked that we could not take picutres inside the castle itself.

After the castle, we rushed back to Greenford so that we could begin the trip to my uncle’s place in Worksop (via Retford).
Tubes to King Cross station were packed and busy. Oxford Circus station was crazy. Nelly experienced (and hated) running around in London at rush-hour.

RETFORD STATION ENROUTE TO WORKSOP
We expereienced personelle inefficiency when trying to jump on the train. We had to run-around on the platform as we tried to figure out which cart to jump on. The train staff was unhelpful and assumes that everyone jumping on the National Rail Line stays in England (or London really). But we managed to make it into the right coach somehow, and at this point were sweating like crazy from the running on the platform.
On arrival at Retford, we found uncle Henry waiting for us at the station. It was nice seeing him again after a long time. We drove to the house where we were well recieved. Nelly found that she had a bunch of flowers waiting for her at the house. It was nice seeing everyone and catching up. My cousins cooked for us and it was a great meal with wine flowing. After dinner, the wine continued flowing until late into the night (early-early morning)
