Let us see the elections.
Too many people are all of a sudden dying.
What happened to the beloved Kagame?

BS!
With elections coming up in the year, I have no faith in this government. Everyone is being killed left, right, and center. Even tried to asssasinate Nyamwasa in South Africa. Dirty dirty dirty. Africa can not proceed like this.

First of all, nice research Chilumba.
Second of all, I am Rwandese.
Although I agree with comments made by Charles about the bad happening to Africa, I want people to clear their minds and not always assume Africa can not look after technology after the Westerners leave. I know a few people with American education who have come back to Rwanda, and are running things professionally. These are the same people who run American and European countries. Since they have support of the government, their only way is up.
Stop hating on Rwanda. We will become a role model for African countries. Have faith, and don't wish the worst for us. We have already experienced the worst, and that is already on people's minds. But we gonna change that. Support, else DONT CRITICIZE!

People are looking at this guy as a hero, people of Rwanda should not get too excited - the president is selling the country.
These foreign companies will come in with all the tax cuts, make the profit, and then take off. They may invest in the technology stuff, but who will be there to support it in 5years? Who is there to support it in 10 years? Once the companies have exceeded their tax-free (or whatever concessions they give them), they will leave. This happens everywhere in Africa. You should read "Dead Aid: Why Aid is Not Working and How there is a Better Way for Africa" by Dambisa Moyo; Africa is always recieving aid, but it is hurting itself by accepting it.

There is got to be a better way for Rwanda.
