Bootcamp: Test day – I passed!

What is passing bootcamp? What would be failing?
Well, test day was last week wednesday, and I improved on all my numbers. I did not care too much about them because I already hit one of my initial goals – make a medium sized t-shirt look baggy on me! I still have to hit my other goal of – do the Proclub bootcamp fitness program all the way to the end. With one class away, I can call the second goal as already being done.
Comparing my new values to those 2 months ago, it shows that I have done some amazing work. After being out of serious gym action for almost 2 years, making it through to this day was enough for me to discard the numbers. But we are a numbers society – statistics – and I will just have to lay them out there:
KEY:
Old value = results from 2 months ago;
New value = current test day results (two months later);
Percentage increase = % change (notice I used increase! I had to improve my results!)
Pull-Ups
Old value: 7
New value: 9
Percentage increase: 29%2 minute Sit-Ups
Old value: 46
New value: 54
Percentage increase: 17%1 minute Push-Ups
Old value: 26
New value: 35
Percentage increase: 35%Timed 2 mile outside run*
Old value: 18 minutes 24 seconds
New value: 16 minutes 39 seconds
Percentage increase: 11%* The timed 2 mile run is performed outside – the last mile (or half a mile) is uphill. I get better 2 mile run results on the treadmill on a flat surface.
Wednesday 5/30 is the last day of class. I am ready to get the ‘I survived bootcamp’ T-shirt.

Gratz!!! now show everyone the achievement shirt you got
