Bootcamp: 5 weeks down; 3 weeks to go

What has been happening?
Each week, the class has been getting tougher - as expected. This time round, I noticed that they have made adjustments to the program. We seemed to be doing more body conditioning exercises, and throw in long runs after that. So we have been hanging around in the Pilatus studio doing the intense workout. The other thing I noticed is that we are now doing longer runs on Mondays (as opposed to longer ones on Wednesdays like in the past).
Last week (week 4), I noticed the class size had reduced. A lot of people must have dropped out of the program. But it was weird that the number went up slightly this week. Maybe news got around about week 4 being tough.
How tough was week 4?
In one of our runs into the Bridle Trains, I noticed a member of the Alpha group walking (as opposed to running). This is a person who is always full of energy and does insane number of push-ups/pull-ups. I thought he was hurt, but he told me that the route selected for the week was brutal. Yes – we had a bunch of people walking as opposed to running.
What about my weight?
My weight has actually gone down to what it was at the beginning of the class - since I put on some extra pounds after this training started. I am getting closer to making me medium t-shirts becoming baggy.
